They’ll get to know the local population as closely as possible. They’ll be cheered on along the most remote village roads and steepest mountain trails, and many of them (especially in China) will even take part in running and walking events. This unique mix is what makes SDPO’s programs so atypical and rich. All levelsThere are no age or performance requirements to share these moments of escape. Whether you’re an avid sportsman, a less strenuous one or eager to discover new things, everyone comes to take part for very different reasons. Men, women, juniors or veterans (from 17 to 82 years old, a record in 2009), runners and walkers are of all levels: from beginner to advanced.
Over 50% of our participants are women, and our events are often enjoyed by couples.
